File Review Team
All recommended denials from underwriting are sent to the File Review team, who evaluates the loan to see if it could be restructured and approved. Recommendations are provided to the loan officer to help with the file whenever possible. The File Review team consists of 8 managers in Operations, Underwriting, Production Support, Compliance, and a Retail Sales Manager.
