In addition to our automated services, we provide a Full Service Lockdesk to help answer your questions. Our knowledgeable staff will allow you the one-on-one communication needed with those difficult pricing questions.

Product & Pricing Engine
Utilizing Optimal Blue services, our Product & Pricing Engine, we can constantly provide up to date market pricing. This service also allows us to provide after-hours pricing and overnight lock submission protection. For weekends, we always keep pricing viewable to you.
FCM has a wide variety of secondary market executions including servicing-retained relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae. Our Post Closing and Servicing teams work to mitigate issues without originator disruptions which means you can concentrate on the next family knowing your borrower is in good hands even after closing.
